Alumni Visitor Policy
ALUMNI VISITOR POLICY
Alumni visitors are not entitled to admission to the Club and should seek permission from the Club Manager and/or Undergraduate Officers by submitting their requests to visit to visitors@terracefclub.org. Requests should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the proposed visitation date. The Club Manager and/or Undergraduate Officers reserve the right to approve, deny, limit, or rescind visitation privileges for any legally permissible reason, before and during the visit, and are not required to provide an explanation for any decision. All decisions by the Club Manager and/or Undergraduate Officers are final, and there shall be no right of appeal to the Board of Governors or any higher authority. The Club Manager and/or Undergraduate Officers also reserve the right to take any legally permissible action necessary to enforce this policy, or violations thereof, including involving law enforcement. Exceptions to this policy, including events such as Homecoming, Lawn Parties, Alumni Day, and Reunions, will be communicated to Terrace alumni in advance.
